Over a Tin Can

Imagine someone engaging in a competition with another old enough to be the offspring. Not unusual. It happens daily in different forms.

Imagine having the competition over postings on the internet. Again, these things happen. Online games, online competition, yes, they happen.

Imagine the competition beginnings being totally unrelated to the ending. Yet again, it has to be said, this is not a rare occurrence. Situations evolve and circumstances change.

Imagine the competition being over a tin of soda. Pretty petty, but there have been weirder prizes.

Imagine this competition being a duel between not only two people of differing generations but separated by an 8 hour drive. In this day of the internet, not such an uncommon thing. Especially where Facebook is concerned.
Put them ALL TOGETHER however, you get a scenario where the loser has to somehow get a tin of soda to the winner.

The loser in this case is, of course, the younger generation. There was no way the older generation would enter the competition with a loss expected!

In this case, the older generation is behaving with "D" tendencies - win at all costs.

Yes, I was that older generation winner...... you'd think I'd behave my age!
