Why does it take weeks to get a replacement?

If availability of finance is not an issue, then it might be because there are just so many on the market right now.

Another possibility for procrastination is the character of "C". Being a thorough person, the "C" person would take time to evaluate, assess and compare before making a decision.

An "S" person would not want to rock the boat and so would defer to the "C" to make conclusion.

And so the dilly-dallying which an "I" and a "D" dislikes will carry on.....
