Doing things together can be a challenge. It shows up your personalities.
Shows your strengths and weaknesses. Makes you examine yourself.
Some work well as a team. Others less so.
It's good to recognise why you do what you do when you are stressed. Dont wait till anger hits. Anger is a secondary emotion. Go to the root.
They learned a lot that afternoon. But there is more to learn... another part another day.
