Answering Some Questions

Q. How should you conduct yourself at interviews?
Q. Are you suitable for frontline jobs or would you perform better in administrative situations?
Q. How would you deal with a difficult boss?
Q. Are there ways to improve the teamwork of the members on your project?
Q. Who should you ask to perform a particular task?
Q. How should you ask him/her?

These questions, and more, were what we tried to address in the recent training of degree students at a college. Here are some snapshots taken of the day's seminar. Sorry about the quality of the pictures - was having some problems with the camera....
Here's one individual expressing his creativity. No, I don't ask for such an activity - he did it himself! Not bad eh? Should have asked if it was a caricature of someone....
Here's to teamwork fellas! They were working hard to get to their lunch, but oh, progress seemed slow indeed....
What's this? Teamwork? Personality DiSCovery? Hmmmm....

All activities are designed to highlight aspects of the training, having fun along the way. They love the videos too.
