About the Trainer - Elizabeth Chen, Human Behaviour Analyst

Elizabeth has often been noticed for her ability to communicate, lead and organize. She has always had a keen interest in understanding human behaviour and to train and equip people. Even at a young age, she would mentor and disciple small groups of her school friends! As a former state swimmer and holder of the Distinction Award in life-saving, she has a heart for helping people. Hence she qualified as a nurse and a midwife, becoming the youngest midwifery sister of a hospital in London before going for two years of cross-cultural communications and Biblical studies in All Nations Christian College in the UK. She is also a graduate from the Pastoral Training Centre Malaysia (Kota Kinabalu).


A “people person”, she had been working for a church in Kota Kinabalu from 1991 to 2005, taking time off to have her daughter along the way. Currently she is the Ministry Leader involved in training people and equipping people for them.

As a certified Human Behaviour Analyst, she conducts training and consultation using the DISC profile for Leadership and Team Building that will benefit churches and business corporations.

She is happily married to Michael for over 23 years. Apart from their daughter, Jessica (10 years) they have two older sons, Justin (17 years) and Daniel (15 years).
